Orders within Tehran are delivered via union‑approved and authorized couriers. Orders shipped to other cities are delivered through Tipax courier services. All orders are carefully packaged, and the packaging and handover process is conducted under store supervision in a facility equipped with surveillance cameras. Delivery is made exclusively to the purchaser or an authorized legal representative. Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the product’s physical condition and ensuring it matches the details stated on the official invoice. Preparation and delivery times vary depending on whether the product is ready‑made or custom‑made. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated during order placement or through customer support.
