Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy – DAL Jewelry

Due to the nature of gold products and price fluctuations, DAL Jewelry has established specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Placing an order indicates full awareness and acceptance of the following terms by the customer. In‑store purchases: Products may be returned within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Online purchases (shipped to other cities): The return period is calculated as 24 hours from the time of delivery and receipt of the product. Return conditions: The product must be unused and in its original condition The item must be free from any damage or alteration A valid official invoice must be presented After the 24‑hour period, returns will not be accepted. Exchanges Products may be exchanged within 7 full days from the purchase date without any deduction. Exchanges apply to all products except custom‑made or personalized items. Exceptions (Custom‑made Products) Custom‑made products, including items: Featuring personalized names, inscriptions, or designs Produced based on the customer’s specific request Are not eligible for return or exchange. Placing an order for such products constitutes full and final acceptance of this condition by the customer.
